BRANCH MANAGER (Badalona)-LIFESCIENCE

We are looking for an experienced BRANCH MANAGER with a strong technical background to lead our Laboratory based in Badalona. The role requires a balance of operational leadership, technical oversight, regulatory compliance, and commercial development, ensuring excellent in highly regulated environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the management of the Branch P&L
• Manage the teams in the Branch (Customers Sales Representatives Team, Production Team, Logistic Team) in order to develop the branch with professional and motivated teams
• Focus on a high quality of service for customers’ satisfaction and build long term relationships with current customers
• Ensure timely completion of all work within the scope of the team by:
  • Supervising and coordinating to ensure full utilization of technician capabilities
  • Coordinating efforts in the development of automated procedures.
• Automate production process & Improve productivity of the lab
• Implement the investment plan into the Branch
• Proactively set and lead action plans
• Provide a strong customer service focused on customers’ satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships internally within the Management team
• Prepare operational, financial, and quality reports

REQUIRED SKILLS

• A sense of urgency, strong results orientation and highly proactive
• A proven track record of P&L management in the field of B-to-B, in competitive industrial services
• Will have a strong customer services background
• Very operational
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

QUALIFICATIONS  & EXPERIENCE

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, LifeSciences or a related technical field (preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years  of experience in calibration, metrology, laboratory operations, or technical services or life sciences services.
•  Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accredited laboratories and regulatory inspections.
• English level: B2
